A modern martial arts discipline, with ancient roots. The highest quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction in the area for youngsters of all ages. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is interactive, hands-on, safe, and fun. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the most popular grappling art in the world for self-defense, sport, and recreation.

FUNDAMENTALS
Our fundamentals program is designed for beginner students with little to no experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The fundamentals classes are designed to familiarize students with the basic positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the foundational techniques of each position from which the more advanced techniques will build upon. Students can develop a very high level of proficiency with these techniques and even reach their black belt solely from this program. The main focus of this program is to develop detail-oriented techniques while creating a strong understanding of grappling as a whole.
ADVANCED
Our program is about the student’s further refinement of the fundamentals techniques while learning new techniques that use the fundamentals as a launching pad. Students will learn specific techniques, but also will start to develop a visionary understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling. In our Advanced program students will begin to develop a “game” that is specific to their physical abilities (athletic, long limbs, speed) while also complementing their personality (aggressive, chess master, methodical).

HAPKIDO
HAPKIDO KIDS (Ages 6-10)
HAPKIDO ADULT
Unlike most martial arts, Hapkido is a complete system teaching kicks, punches, pressure point techniques, throws, joint locks, and free fighting. Other martial arts emphasize tournaments, street fighting, and competitiveness. Hapkido emphasizes self-discipline and personal development.
Hapkido is a well rounded martial art system that has many grab attacks, joint manipulations, arresting techniques, and throws, as well soft counters, circular motions, and an abundance of kicking and sweeping techniques.
MMA – ADULTS
Whether you watch UFC fights or heard about the famous fighter ” Anderson Silva” in the news or on your social media feed, it does not matter, we are here to tell you exactly what Mixed Martial Arts (or MMA) stands for? MMA is a common word with an audience of over 300million fans across the globe, it is one of the fastest-growing combat sports that involves striking, punching, and using various holds and throws to strike down a competitor to the floor.
CARDIO KICKBOXING – ADULTS
A lot of workout routines are boring. Plain and simple. But at Endure Martial Arts, we’re working hard to keep you challenged and help you stay motivated week after week. Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
